A basic list of the services we offer to our clients:

• Venue - we will source, book and liaise with the various venues throughout the event. This includes conferencing, banqueting, accommodation and alternative meal venues.
• Assistance with setting up on satellite offices (sourcing equipment etc)
• Registration - we can assist you with registration of your delegates (we meet to discuss levels of involvement with this)
• Web design (including on-line registration with credit card payment facility)
• Sound, lighting and audiovisual equipment - we will source, book and liaison with suppliers throughout the event
• Travel arrangements - flights, car hire, transfers, tours etc
• Decor - theme development, sourcing appropriate decor, co-ordination of suppliers
• Corporate Gifts - ideas, sourcing of gifts, gift wrapping, organising room drops
• Entertainment - sourcing of appropriate entertainment
• Program - assistance with development of program and logistics planning
• Billing - we offer a consolidated billing service (there is a service charge for this to cover bank fees)
• On-site assistance at the event (on request, there is a charge for this service)
